Mohanlal plays Sagar alias Jackie a powerful don based in Dubai. His childhood friend Manu (Manoj K. Jayan) who is maried to the chief minister's daughter Indu (Shobana) is kidnapped. The investigation is stopped cunningly by her brother (K. B. Ganesh Kumar), a powerful politician who is in conflict with his brother in law. The desperate Indu thus calls on her friend Sagar alias Jackie to help her resolve the situation. The arrival of Jackie to Kerala starts a series of events which leads him on a dangerous adventure.
